Unlikely And Adorable Friendships Between Chihuahua And Silkie Chicken

Roo a two-legged Chihuahua and Penny a silkie chicken become best friends with each other in Georgia. Alicia Williams, a worker of Duluth Animal Hospital saved their lives from almost certain death. She saved Roo from a ditch in a park near road and saved and rescued Penny, a silkie chicken from a laboratory where she was an experimental poultry in that program. Roo was born without front legs. Both become inseparable since Alicia Williams rescued their lives. Check out the following list showing their liking for each other.

Book Buddies Program Encourages Kids to Read to Cat

Book Buddies is a beautiful incentive reading program of Animal Rescue League (ARL) of Berks County. The program provides an opportunity to young boys and girls of Grade 1-8 come into the shelter to read to the cats. In adoption room, young kids play with cute cats while also refining their own reading skills. The program was launched in August 2013.

French Daredevils Attempt High-Line Walk Between Hot Air Balloons

Funambulism or in other words walking on a Tightrope is a popular but dare art of walking along a thin wire or a rope between two points at a great height. Many daredevils attempt it of wire walk for making record. Recently a group of French daredevils presented a unique but dangerous stunt by walking on a thin tight wire between two hot air balloons. Sir Stuffington: A One-Eyed Pirate Cat

Oregon’s Multnomah County Animal Services has found a six weeks old one-eyed kitten on 13th september 2013. The name of this cutest one-eyed pirate cat is Sir Stuffington, who is given by his new owner. The photographs of Sir Stuffington were widely shared online and the little cute pirate cat become the famous cat on the social media. The little kitten faced a deadliest accident and saved by a kind person.

Sir Stuffington was in serious injries with a missing eye, upper respiratory infection, damaged jaw and heart murmur. Blazer Schaffer is his new owner who made a fan page of the cute kitten namely Sir Stuffington. She said that her fan page will raise awareness among the masses about animal shelters. Sensational Performance Of Miley Cyrus At 2013 MTV Video Music Awards

Ex-Disney Channel star Miley Cyrus has presented an amazing, impressive, contradicting and gasping performance at the 2013 Video Music Awards of MTV channel last Sunday night. She performed so well that the whole audience was in a shock after seeing her performance in 2013 MTV's VMA at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. No doubt, Miley stole the whole show in the presence of successful celebrities. An image of Will Smith and his family's appalling look during Miley's performance went viral on the internet. She also got noticeable fame before the release of her upcoming album Bangerz.

Wriggles and Robins Created New Animated Music Video For Travis

Trend of animation in music videos has increased gradually from the last few years. London-based creative directors have just released a new awesome music video of a track "Moving" for the Travis, a four member musical band. This delightful animation is created by Tom Wrigglesworth and Matt Robinson, better known as Wriggles & Robins.

The animation, made from a Band’s breath in freezing temperatures. Both directors shot the video at very low temperature (below the freezing point) and filmed projected animations. You can only see the animation when the members of the band breath through the cold air within a projector beams. There is no post production involved in it and everything was shot in camera.

Winners Announced in National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest 2012

National Geographic has finally revealed the winners of its 2012 Traveler Photo Contest. Eleven images have been selected out of more than 12,000 submissions from 6,615 photographers in 152 countries around the world. The independent judging panel at National Geographic award prizes ranged from a Galapagos photography expedition to $200 gift certificates at B&H photography.

The winning picture went to Cédric Houin from Brooklyn, New York with his entry titled “Butterfly.” Check out rest of the winners and merits below:
