Recreation of Old Movie Scenes in their Exact Locations
Christopher Moloney is a talented journalist and
photographer, running a blog on Tumblr with the title of FILMography. The purpose
of this Photoblog is to recreate and present old movie scenes into their
original settings, "Film + Photography = FILMography." Moloney first
try to find out the setting in which movie was actually filmed while using printouts
of selected movie stills. After that, he prominently holds up the old movie image
as a layer against the new and exciting Present-day location.
It is really an outstanding project by Moloney for which he
has travel across the world with few black and white film stills to get few challenging
shoots. Christopher Moloney has bring a new life to the classic moments of some
popular comedy films also including Maid in Manhattan, Baby Mama, The Thomas Crown
Affair, Annie Hall and Ghostbusters. Hopefully you will enjoy these colorful
present setting of old movie scenes.
