Artist Nikolay Lamm Recreated Barbie Doll as 19-Year-Old Real Woman
Pennsylvania-based artist and researcher Nickolay Lamm of
MyDeals.com has created a 3D rendering, which he photographed next to a
standard Barbie doll by using Photoshop and CDC (Center for Disease Control
& Prevention) measurements of the average 19-year-old American girl and the
results are stunning.
Lamm said, “If we criticize skinny models, we should at
least be open to the possibility that Barbie may negatively influence young
girls as well,” and “Furthermore, a realistically proportioned Barbie actually
looks pretty good in the pictures I produced.”
